Return Conditions
1. Timeframe for requesting a return
You have a maximum of 30 days from the receipt of the order to request a product return.
2. Product conditions
To accept a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received:
- Unused.
- Unopened and untampered.
- With its complete original packaging.
- In perfect condition and suitable for resale.
We cannot accept products that have been used, opened, handled, or whose packaging has suffered damage preventing its subsequent commercialization.
3. Products excluded from return
For reasons of hygiene, safety, and product preservation, opened, used, or unsealed perfumes cannot be returned.
Returns of samples, decants, atomizers, or perfume vials will also not be accepted, regardless of their capacity (2 ml, 3 ml, 5 ml, 10 ml, or other similar formats).
The only exception will be when the product received has a defect, has been damaged during transport, or does not correspond to the item ordered.
How to request a return

Please include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return in the message. If there is a problem with the received item, we recommend attaching photographs to verify its condition.
2. Product shipment
Once the request is reviewed and accepted, we will provide you with the necessary instructions to make the return.
Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped product by Ahlam Essence, the shipping costs for the return will be borne by the customer.
Products should not be sent without having previously contacted us and received the corresponding return instructions.

When we receive the returned product, we will verify that it meets the conditions indicated above.
Once the inspection is completed, we will notify you if the return has been accepted and proceed with the refund when applicable.
